Reflection
This session showed how meaningful small moments of joy can be in settings that support people through difficult circumstances. Free to Be at The Ferry Project demonstrated that movement does not need structure or explanation to be effective. Simply creating space for carefree dancing allowed people to reconnect with their bodies, each other, and a sense of lightness that often gets lost in day-to-day survival.
